😋 An independent Irish pub in Birmingham is serving up one of the best-value Sunday roasts in the city to complement its music nights and live sport screenings. Clancy's is a relatively new addition to the city, opening in Harborne in February.
It's Sunday roasts have been going down a storm with diners coming in at £15.95 per main course, five pence cheaper than the Kings Norton Toby Carvery on a Sunday. The hefty portions of Irish boiled bacon with buttery mash, beef, lamb, gammon, veggie pies and all the trimmings have earned it a 4.9 star rating from Google reviewers. Starters and puddings are available, two two courses setting you back £20 and £4 sides of cauliflower cheese and creamed leeks and bacon available to add too.
Clancy's sits where celebrated burger joint The Bun and Barrel used to be, which later became Wingers Tap Room. The passage leading up to the pub entrance has been transformed by the venue, with a new 'sláinte bab' sign, lots of Kerry green and Guinness branding to celebrate its heritage.
