SMASH PATTY HEAVEN AT MULLIGANS

Apparently, some of you still think we only pour creamy pints and play live music…

We’re starting to think our award winning chef might be taking that personally.

This is our Diamond Duo. Two smashed beef patties, melted cheese, toasted bun and a serious helping of Cajun fries.

No airs and graces. Just proper pub food, cooked properly, and the kind of burger that requires both hands and absolutely no dignity.

So yes, Mulligans does food.

And judging by this, we’re pretty good at it too.

Different building. Same Mulligans.

Mulligans 2.0 is getting the same treatment as the original.

Same reclaimed timber. Same colours. Same design. Same feel.

We’re basically copying and pasting Mulligans into the new building so when you walk through, it still feels like one venue.

Mulligans 2.0 is taking shape.

Back in the T&A!

Really pleased to be featured, as part of the positive changes happening across Bingley town centre.

We’re proud of what we’re building at Mulligans and even prouder to be playing our part in bringing more life, entertainment and investment into Bingley.

Calling in the big guns.

My girlfriend is back on painting duty, chief painter and DIY assistant since day one.

She’s been there through the original Mulligans, The Storehouse, and now Mulligans 2.0. At this point, she’s basically part of the construction team.

Big shoutout to the manager and head chef for getting stuck in as well.

Now it’s time for a well deserved trip to the spa, partly to relax, mainly to try and get all this paint off us.

MULLIGANS 2.0 IS TAKING SHAPE…
What a difference a week makes.

The mezzanine is in, the staircase is taking shape and you can finally start to see the vision coming together.

Irish Bar. Kitchen. Pool. Darts.

And who knows… we’re now even thinking about turning the space at the back into a private karaoke room.

Still plenty to do, but it’s getting there.
Two units. One Mulligans. Bigger and better.
