We are looking for an experienced, confident and hands-on Full-Time Manager to join our team at our busy village pub and restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the pub, restaurant or hospitality industry and be comfortable taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business.
We’re looking for someone who can:
* Lead, motivate and manage our front-of-house team
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
* Manage staff rotas and day-to-day operations
* Oversee the bar and restaurant during busy services
* Help drive the business forward with fresh ideas and enthusiasm
* Be reliable, organised and confident dealing with customers and staff

Previous management experience within hospitality is essential.
