We’re looking for a Lead Chef to join us at The Waterfront Inn.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced chef who’s ready to take the lead, shape our food offering and make their mark on the kitchen.

You’ll be working across menu development, food quality and consistency, kitchen standards and the commercial side of the operation - with the freedom to bring your own experience and ideas to the table.
