We’re on the hunt for friendly, experienced bar staff to join our team!
If you’ve got a passion for hospitality and a knack for great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience working in a pub or bar setting
✅ Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
✅ Team player who thrives in a busy environment
✅ Strong customer service skills and cash handling basics
✅ Punctual, reliable, and you take pride in your presentation

Shifts available:
Weekday 4/6pm till 12am,
Fridays 12-6pm/6-12am,
Saturdays 12-6pm/6-12am,
Sundays 12-6pm/6-12am.

What we offer:

Flexible shift patterns.

We where very proud when we found out that The Royal Oak, Bexleyheath, has been ranked a very respectable 18th in this year's Time Out article about the top 50 pubs in London.

Although we realise that this can be subjective, to us it is a great honour, and a testament to the effort and hard work our staff have put in over this past year.

So if you are in the area, why not pop in and judge for yourselves.
Always up for a good conversation, we'd love to hear what you think, I'm sure many of you pub goers could share some stories with us, of all the great pubs that you have been to over the years.

We have no doubt that together we could spend hours talking about our favourite boozers from around the world.

⚽️🥊🎯👑🌳As we go into the international break, we have a trrrific schedule to keep the sports fans entertained over the next several days

⚽️Thursday sees England taking on Serbia, amongst other international matches.

🥊Saturday we are showing the Benn v Eubank fight, which is sure to be an explosive match.

⚽️Sunday sees more internationals, including Albania vs England.

🎯Of course we will also be showing all of the action from the Darts Grand Slam.

So grab some mates, your wives or other people's wives and make your way down to The Royal Oak, Bexleyheath.

🎃👻💀The Kids Party is 3-7pm,
The prizes for the games are here, the sweet drawer is stocked, the fun bags have been filled and some of the decorations are up.
