The New Inn has been sold...
This month marked 10 years of owning the pub and on that note it's time to hang up our boots.
We would like to wish the new owners the best of luck and every success- we are looking forward to supporting you from the other side of the bar.
Thank you to everybody who has supported us. Whether you shared a special occasion with us, enjoyed a meal or popped in for a pint and a natter, your support has made sure the pub has been the hub of the community for the last decade that we've had it. We've made lots of friends and lots of happy memories and we hope you all stay in touch.
I also can't express how proud we are of our mini pub boss, H. At 3 days old she did her first shift 🤣 and has spent the last 7 years perfecting her pub skills. She's become quite the expert at bottling up and mini cheddar eating! 🤣
And to Bob and Yasmine- you can both now enjoy a very well earned retirement. Enjoy yourselves and have the best time dancing away to ELO! 🥰
And finally to our staff- where to begin?! We can honestly say that you're the cogs that keep the place running. We were lucky to have so many wonderful people work for us over the years- some longer than others and a few (Sandra, Gary and Tracy) who have been with us almost throughout our whole time! We can't thank you all enough for the fun, professionalism and commitment you brought to the pub. A big thank you to you all! ❤
