Friday Photo - This new home designed by us is fabricated in NuDura, which will provide a super-insulated outcome (insulated formwork with a strong concrete core.) Good to be working again with Chris Curtis (CC Services), who is responsible for this build as well as a couple of our other ongoing projects in both Devon and Cornwall.

Happy 10th birthday to us today! Almost 400 projects worked on, from porches to conversions to multiple houses etc., from Cornwall to Scotland. It hasn't all been easy but positive feedback from satisfied customers makes it all feel worth while.

Friday photo. A pair of new houses in Lamerton, near Tavistock. Beautiful views over the countryside from the rear/south facing lounge (the photo does not do the view justice.) It was also a real privilege to be invited, along with other parents, into the local primary school today as part of their careers week, to tell the children about the work that I do and share some of my drawings and photos. It was fun & they actually seemed really interested!

Friday photo. Not all our house designs are built in blockwork - this one is a super-insulated hollow core polystyrene type block filled with reinforced concrete. Another client with this type of build told me she never puts on her heating ever, because the house is always so warm. Hopefully more photos of this one once it is completed, but some way to go yet.
