What a brilliant day spent teaching, cooking, and sharing our passion for food with another great group of guests 🙌

From learning authentic cooking techniques to creating their favourite dishes from our menu, everyone got fully involved and produced some incredible food throughout the session 👨‍🍳🍛

Yesterday we welcomed two young chefs into the Asia kitchen for one of our Thursday Cooking Classes.

They got stuck straight in, learning how to prepare and cook some of their favourite dishes from our menu under the guidance of our chefs. From working with spices and sauces to plating up their finished dishes, they experienced what goes on behind the scenes in a busy restaurant kitchen.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn how we create your favourite Asia dishes, our cooking classes are a great way to do it.
