🧡Important retirement update🧡

It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing Armando’s Restaurant will be closing on Saturday 18th April.

We’ll be open as normal for the next 2 weeks (Wednesday - Saturday evenings).

We’ve had some fantastic times here, along with some challenging ones. We’ve met and also worked with amazing people and been here to help celebrate so many special occasions.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us; our fabulous customers, our wonderful staff and dedicated suppliers.

We’ll miss you more than you know.

🚧 Road closure information ‼️

The roadworks taking place on the A6 between Morrisons island and what we think is the end of Derwent Street have been causing some issues, with reports that the diversion route has been gridlocked this evening. The road is also due to close at 7pm but they closed slightly early this evening which is annoying.

We’re not entirely sure what is passable and what isn’t, but the photo below shows the roadworks in red. The diversion in yellow does appear to come out in the closed section so we’d probably suggest going up to the church and coming down Field Lane.

You can get to us from Ambergate side, and also if you’re coming from Derby you can come from Duffield through Hazelwood and Farnah Green, or across the Chevin from Milford.

We promise it’s worth the effort to get here!😂

We’re taking bookings for Valentine’s Day on Saturday 14th February.

Tables are available in two sittings; 6pm, 6.15pm, 6.30pm, 6.45pm and from 8pm.

We are serving a set menu which can be viewed below. No pre-order is needed, simply order from the set menu on the night.

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required, although this is of course deducted from your bill.

Booking is essential, contact us to reserve your table.
