This Pride Month, we’re spotlighting Sappho 💜
Named after the ancient Greek poet and inspired by her symbol, the violet, Sappho is our floral twist on the classic Aviation.
Made with Havana 3, violette, falernum, lime, sugar, and plum bitters, this cocktail is sweet, botanical, and deceptively strong, with delicate floral notes and a refreshing citrus finish.
Fun fact: Sappho was a Greek poet from the island of Le**os who wrote about love and desire between women. Her home island gave us the word “lesbian”, while her name is the origin of the term “sapphic”.
