The Woodworkers is Belfast’s new social bar and rotating tap room. We’re proud to offer the best craft beers from around the world on our six rotating taps, plus an array of superb bottled beers, cocktails, premium spirits, wine and more. Come on in, take a seat and enjoy the unique atmosphere and our fine selection of drinks. Rotating taps
We have six different beers available at any one time and

when one beer is finshed, it’s replaced by another. IPAs, golden ales, porters, stouts, saisons and pilsners: all of the beers from our taps are brewed with love, and many are exclusive to the island of Ireland. Tap takeovers
Once a month, we invite the best craft breweries from around these islands and beyond to come and let you sample their wares – absolutely free. It’s a chance to learn about the craft behind the beer and discover some new favourites. Flights
If you want to sample a few different beers, why not try a ‘flight’ board of four 7oz glasses for just £6? Growlers
Our 2l flagons, or ‘growlers’, are perfect for sharing. Fill with a beer of your choice from one of our rotating taps, and if you can’t finish it, you can take the rest home to enjoy at your leisure. There’s an initial £10 deposit for the vessel – bring it back to recover your deposit or take it home with you – it’s yours! Entertainment
The Woodworkers is about great music as well as great beer. You can enjoy our carefully curated playlist of leftfield selections any time, and three nights a week we have some of Belfast’s most talented DJs on hand to provide a soundtrack of Balearic beats, dark disco and shimmering synth-pop. Entry is always free. Board games
What goes well with craft beer and premium spirits? That’s right, board games. Delve into our box of delights and choose from favourites like Scrabble, Boggle, Jenga and Connect 4 – and we’re open to suggestions! Food
Food is available from noon to 10pm every day (12.30pm-10pm on Sunday), featuring traditional Irish cuisine, light bites and a fine array of contemporary fare, from juicy steaks and Scooby Snack burgers to tasty Halloumi salads. Spirits and cocktails
There’s more to The Woodworkers than craft beer. We also offer a fine selection of premium spirits – including great regular offers – and a superb cocktail menu.

Today’s pick has to be this ’s Astral Desiny 2025.

Inspired by the Belgian Framboise style, this is Holy Goat’s base golden sour beer refermented on 220g/l Scottish Raspberries harvested with 20 miles of their brewery. Their goal with this vintage was to get beer onto the fruit as soon as possible after harvesting to best showcase the intense fruit character, vibrant pinkish red hue and huge aroma.

Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats. Fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured with their house culture. The resulting beer has a sour raspberry jam, hedgerow berries, pink fruit jelly and a touch of funkiness.

Tonight at LAVERYS.FM we’re spending the evening with the ever-enigmatic Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy.

We’ll kick things off with Keeping Secrets Will Destroy You, then into last year’s The Purple Bird, & then into his collab album, Blind Date Party with Bill Callahan, before finishing up with the brand new record We Are Together Again.

Come in, grab a pint, and settle in.
