The GSI made it to the big screen on BBC One in the new TV drama The Bombing of Pan Am 103!

The pub, and the village, were transported back to the 80s during filming last year! 🎬

The White Horse is in fact our fabulous wee pub, The Gateside Inn.

It was a privilege for The GSI to be selected as a filming location and great to see it feature on Tv 🎥 🎬

During the month of April Leo and I undertook the Stand Up 2 Cancer “Walkies Challenge” to raise money for Cancer Research UK 🐾🦮

We had a great time doing our walks and although the challenge was 60 miles we amassed 78 miles!!!!

Leo says he had a great time too!!! 🐶

Thank you so much to everyone who donated to this worthwhile cause in memory of my mum and sister. We raised a fantastic £2,255.00 💞🥳

Completed all my miles today with support from friends 🚶‍♀️🙌🏻

Been a fantastic experience, Leo and I have loved all the walks remembering my mum and sister! 💞

Huge thanks to everyone who donated, it means so much to me!!🥰

Along with offline donations we have raised almost £2,000 so far!🥳👏🏻

💛 Stand Up To Cancer 💛

My dog Leo and I are taking part in the the Stand Up 2 Cancer 60 mile Walkies challenge in April to raise money for Cancer Research in memory of my mum Sheila and big sister Melanie. 💖

Cancer has played my family some tough cards and I am always keen to help the fight against it.

If you can spare a pound or 2 we would be really grateful 🙏

Look out for me and Leo, sporting his bandana, during April on our walks and feel free to join us any time.
