blender Future Sessions are back in the building tonight, showcasing some of the areas best new artists! Headlining and celebrating their debut EP, we have the goth-rock brilliance of Kate Gore & The Screamers, alongside strong support from Sycamore and Crazy Division!

** REMINDER **

West country based Gaz Brookfield is an award winning solo acoustic musician, with two number one albums to his name.

Brookfield was the first independent musician to sell out Bristol's The Fleece (450 cap) and The Bierkeller (750 cap) and more recently SWX (1000 cap).

Gaz has an impressive ten album strong back catalogue. In the autumn of 2023, Gaz's ninth album, 'Morning Walking Club', saw him achieve his first number one in the Official UK Folk Albums Chart. Brookfield got his second number one album in September 2025, when 'Waiting for Wisdom' topped the Official UK Download Charts.

Altered Images are heading to Esquires on Saturday 23rd January as part of an intimate run of shows!

Altered Images—one of the most influential bands to emerge from the UK post-punk and new wave scenesl The band became one of the early ’80s defining acts, scoring a string of chart successes including “Don’t Talk to Me About Love,” “I Could Be Happy,” “Happy Birthday,” “See Those Eyes,” “Pinky Blue,” and “Bring Me Closer.” Following her breakthrough with Altered Images, Grogan became a familiar face on screen, most notably starring in the cult-classic film Gregory’s Girl and later taking on roles across television drama and comedy. As an author she has written several successful children’s books.

With a setlist that spans shimmering pop anthems, post punk classics, fan favourites, and timeless singles, each show promises a vibrant celebration of the band’s lasting impact and the unique voice Clare Grogan continues to bring to British music.

Levellers frontman and chief songwriter, Mark Chadwick is back at Bedford Esquires for a special, intimate show.

One of the UK’s most successful songwriters, Mark Chadwick, has co-written 20 chart singles and 6 Top 40 albums (including a Number 1) as part of the Levellers, the band he has fronted for over 25 years. Still going strong, the Levellers are festival favourites and have cemented their cherished status with headline performances at Glastonbury, Isle Of Wight, Cambridge Folk Festival, Bestival and Boomtown and many European and UK events and in 2003 they successfully created their own annual Beautiful Days Festival which takes place in August at Escot Park in Devon.

***New Show***

Swansea Sound are coming to Esquires on Sunday the 29th November 2026. An indie-pop supergroup, their line up features Hue Williams (The Pooh Sticks), Amelia Fletcher and Rob Pursey (Talulah Gosh, Heavenly, The Catenary Wires), Bob Collins (The Dentists) and Ian Button (Death in Vegas, Railcard).

'The glorious sounds of C86 brought into the now'.

Formed during lockdown, the band recorded three singles without actually meeting each other but have since recorded live sessions for Riley & Coe (6 Music), John Kennedy (Radio X) and been selected by comedienne Stewart Lee as part of his 'legends of indie' series of gigs in 2025, where he described them as the 'C86 Crass'.

Their debut album 'Live At The Rum Puncheon', was released in 2021, followed by 2023's 'Twentieth Century', both to critical acclaim.

‘An essential broadcast from the forefront of the indie-pop resistance.’ - Louder than War.

Touring in November and December 2026 in support of their new album, Swansea Sound will be appearing at Esquires on Sunday the 29th of November. Tickets are on sale now from Seetickets.

In association with Arts Council England, a limited number of tickets are available from Seetickets for just £5 to those on a low income or struggling with increases in the cost of living. These reduced price admission tickets are also available to anyone under the age of 25, regardless of their financial situation.
