A beautifully light pasta dish made with rigatoni, sun dried tomatoes, peppers, and onions, all tossed through a delicate oil & garlic sauce — simple, fresh, and full of flavour without being too heavy.

The inspiration? Boss lady Jess, who was forever saying she fancied pasta for her tea… just “not anything too saucy” 😂 So naturally, the kitchen created the perfect balance.

Light, comforting, garlicky, and packed with flavour — this one’s quickly becoming a favourite ✨
