Cured trout with burnt orange, duck breast with roasted hispi cabbage, Brixham skate wing with bouillabaisse and seriously good tuna tartare on sticky rice.

🇫🇷Beaujolais Nouveau at Corkage | Thursday 19 November

Every year, on the third Thursday of November, we celebrate the release of Beaujolais Nouveau with a night of Franglais fun.

Expect a very French menu, from rabbit, boudin noir & pigeon terrine with carrot and raisin chutney to venison à la Beaujolaise with root vegetable mash, finished with chocolate Saint-Émilion and crème fraîche.

Three courses and a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau for £35 per person, with plenty of French je ne sais quoi.

Stripes and berets encouraged!

Something for the weekend? 🍊

We’re warmly recommending our ‘Amfora’ orange w**e, Villa Noria 2025 from the Languedoc in France. Amber-hued and gently perfumed, it’s pure liquid sunshine bottled, with quince, yellow apples and a touch of grip bringing balance and lift.

Give it go on your next visit, or pick up a bottle from the W**e Shop shelves to enjoy at home! 🥂💨

Dialling up the autumn comfort with warming stews and a hit of spice! 🍂🌶️

It’s a day for hunkering down over the likes of pork & fennel polpette with sweetcorn and chilli salsa on a bed of parmesan polenta, and venison haunch stew with confit celeriac and cavalo nero.
