Fresh seasonal stock! Today's pick: Yorkshire Rhubarb!
How will you enjoy this deliciously tart treat?

Our favourite: crumble!

Ingredients
500g rhubarb, cut into chunks
100g caster sugar
3 tbsp water
140g plain flour
85g butter, chilled and cubed
50g light brown sugar
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or ginger
Method
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
Put the rhubarb, caster sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook gently for about 5–10 minutes until the rhubarb starts to soften.
Tip the rhubarb into a baking dish.
In a bowl, rub the butter and flour together with your fingertips until it looks like coarse breadcrumbs.
Stir in the brown sugar (and spice if using).
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the rhubarb.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
Serve warm with custard, cream, or vanilla ice cream.
Delicious! 😋🥧
