🏡 Another Kitchen Transformation Completed! 🔨

Today we completed the transformation of this kitchen, creating a much brighter, more practical and modern space.

The work included:

🔹 Removing the old kitchen
🔹 Adjusting the hot and cold water supplies and waste
🔹 Replacing the stopcock
🔹 Making minor adjustments to the electrical outlets
🔹 Plastering the ceiling
🔹 Installing inset LED spotlights
🔹 Adding under-unit lighting to brighten what was previously a rather dark space

We have just completed the external decoration of this four-bedroom detached house.

Before we could start decorating, there was quite a bit of preparation work to carry out. We repaired the fascia and soffit, replaced the timbers on one of the gable ends and made sure everything was properly prepared before applying the coatings.

We applied two coats of Chestnut Barn paint to the cladding, fascias and soffits, giving the property a fresh, smart and long-lasting finish.

We also replaced the existing gutters with new deep-flow gutters, increasing the capacity to capture rainwater during periods of heavy rainfall. 🌧️

One of the things we particularly love about this project is that this customer is a repeat customer. Having used our services previously, they trusted us again to carry out another project on their home.

For us, that really means a lot. Repeat customers and recommendations are the biggest compliment we can receive.

Do you know how to turn your water off in an emergency?

A burst pipe, leaking toilet, failed tap or damaged water pipe can quickly cause serious damage to your home. One of the first things you should know is where your stopcock is and how to turn it off.

💧 When was the last time you checked yours?

It’s a good idea to turn your stopcock off and back on twice a year to make sure it still operates freely and hasn’t seized up.

Think of it like checking the batteries in your smoke alarms — it’s a simple routine that could save you a lot of trouble when you need it most.

✅ Know where your stopcock is
✅ Make sure everyone in the household knows how to use it
✅ Check it regularly to make sure it turns easily
✅ If you have a leak, turn the water off as quickly as possible
