XMAS CARVERY BINGO DATES

Tickets go on sale at 9am Wednesday 21st October. Please phone your families and friends before next Wednesday so that you have your final numbers because we require a non refundable deposit of £10 per person at the time of booking. Because it is Christmas we have added an extra date because we sold out very quickly last year.
***Please note we will not be taking any bookings prior to Wednesday 21st***

**TAKE AWAY CARVERIES**
The delivery of our standard take away carvery containers has been delayed and we are going to run out of them today 🤦‍♀️ We have plenty of the containers but are missing lids so if you all bring a little pot/flask for your gravy we can provide a foil lid but it won't be liquid proof! Sorry about that 😞
We have plenty of small takeaway carvery containers with lids 😀

We do still have a table of 6 available for tomorrow nights bungo - this can be split into a 2 and a 4 if necessary 😀

We still have some availability for tomorrow nights bingo. If you haven’t already paid your balance for Monday's or Thursday's bingo please phone today ( but not between 11.30am and 3pm because we are extremely busy serving carveries)

We have had a cancellation for a table of 6 on Thursday if anyone is interested.

**THE ROAD WILL BE OPEN EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS**

The road block is moving now! It is going closer to Alverdiscott but not entirely sure where- it is definitely going to be the other side of the ironworks towards Alverdiscott. The company doing the road works have apologised for the inconvenience - they admit they got it wrong! 😳

DEVON COUNCIL have closed the road at Newton Cross for the roadworks beyond Alverdiscott!! This is not where the closure should be 😡😡I have spoken to my contact at Devon council and she is now contacting the people involved and getting them to move 🤞🤞 In the meantime they are letting people through. I will update as soon as I know more! Unbelievable 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I will be manning the phones 11.15am - 12.45pm tomorrow, Tuesday 8th September. The dates have been announced in advance of being able to book so that people have chance to check with family/friends when they are available before phoning in to reserve a table. £10 deposit per person required at the time of booking 01271 858339 😀
