Right we are trying to think of a catchy strap line,

Little clue but the theme of the pizzeria will lean heavy on space and UFOS, Aliens etc etc…
And omg the main decor piece we cannot wait for you all to see…..

So what’s a catchy strap line tag pun etc to go along with this theme..

It might be sunny today but it ain’t gunna last…
I’ve managed to secure one more batch of the umbrellas!

They went in about an hour last time so if you missed out get down to the bar and grab one.
Again these are the official ones from the stadium gig last year. No mock offs these are the real deal.

Sure fire future collectible and bloody handy in the UK. Haha.

Right you lovely lot,
Molly is having a couple of week off after a long summer. Matts up to his neck with the new pizzeria
So no food this week.

However all being well next Friday and Saturday he’s hoping to fill you all up with samples from the pizzeria, Frank & Annie’s!
Exciting times.

And in other news…. Coming soon to the town square….🍕👀

As many of you may know we make pizza here at Wax and taps.
But space here is limited and we want to make way at the bar for other culinary treats.
(Don’t worry you can still get pizza too)

So we are elevating our pizzas, and giving them their own space!
We’ll be hand stretching sourdough pizzas and loading them with premium, authentic Italian ingredients!

At lunchtime we will also be offering Panuozzo or Italian sandwiches 🥙 Our pizza dough, baked and folded, sandwich style! To house some great lunchtime fillings!
Alongside huge pizza slices, think New York style!

We are excited to get going in this new direction and hope you enjoy this new chapter with us! 🍕

A few bits to do to whilst we make some changes, so bear with us but we should be up and running in the coming weeks!

So a normal food service this weekend with the regular menu.
But there are some exciting changes coming for the autumn winter months.

As much as everyone enjoys our staple menu I’ll be honest Molly and I get bored and need some creativity!

So there’s some big changes coming in the next few weeks.
New equipment, and most importantly
Special select evenings to book into with longer services dedicated to dishes we can be super creative with and showcase something different.

Dry run today prepping paella, and my god is it good. Every conceivable aspect of it is authentic and laboured over.

Drop a comment on the types of foods you’d love to see..

Oh and the pizza game is about to be elevated to another level.
