A few photos from an amazing weekend. 2 members of staff down and as busy was we can possibly get.
Our team were awesome and have all been mentioned on the Oliver Twists page that’s hosted by our “Superchef” Shona.
The one person not mentioned on that page is Shona herself!
She is the engine that drives our food operation, the oil that lubricates it and keeps it running smoothly, the engine management system that checks that every single dish that comes out of our kitchen is worthy of having her name on it, the accelerator that chivvies us all along when we flag, the brake that slows us down when we rush things.
You’ve got it! She’s a bloody “machine”!!
And to top it all she’s an amazing Chef!
And we all love her to bits!
Thank you Chef - you’re the best!
