Made with spiced minced beef, often combined with curry spices, dried fruit or chutney, it’s topped with a creamy egg-and-milk custard before being baked until beautifully golden. It’s traditionally served with yellow rice, sambal, vegetables and chutney — the perfect combination! 🤤
