WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY
10th October 💚

Today is a day that feels particularly close to our hearts here at The Clocktower Café Bar.

It’s an important opportunity to pause, reflect and remember those we have sadly lost as a result of mental health, while recognising the impact mental health can have on so many lives.

In this day and age, life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes the smallest things can make the biggest difference. A simple “How are you?”, taking the time to listen, checking in on someone, or simply letting someone know you’re there can mean more than you realise.

So today, and every day, look out for one another. Be kind. Check in. Listen. Talk.

You never truly know what someone might be carrying behind closed doors. 💚🕰️

You are not alone.

Banksy our clocktower pup
popped in for a visit… and naturally, there was a little mischief! 🐾🕰️
The chefs noticed one sausage had mysteriously disappeared this morning. Banksy claims he knows absolutely nothing about it… 👀😂

We’re proudly dog friendly, with our dog-friendly area situated within the bar. 🐶

Tables are very much advised to be booked in advance as they tend to get snapped up quickly and when the sun is shining, your four-legged friends are welcome to join you on our garden terrace too! ☀️

See you soon, Banksy-approved. 🐾❤️
