🎙️ We are excited to be hosting our next live music event on Wednesday, 8th April with the magnificent Natasha Thompson, Cliff Brown and Paul Clark!​

Natasha Thompson is a highly esteemed Buckinghamshire-based musician specialising in jazz vocals and double bass performance. She is known for performing both roles simultaneously, leading ensembles like the Natasha Thompson Quartet, and directing choirs, including the Brackley Choir and Consensio Choir.
​Cliff Brown is a renowned guitarist with a passion for jazz, blues and rock n roll music, with an emphasis on swing.
Paul Clark is a saxophonist based in Buckinghamshire, leading the Paul Clark Quartet and playing regularly in the national jazz scene.

Join us for a sumptuous evening of great food, wine, and entertainment. Tickets are £49 per person and include an evening of live music and a three-course dinner.

From tonight, Canaletto is introducing the UK’s first Algorithmic Tasting Experience — a fully AI-curated menu with dynamic pricing.

No menu.
No substitutions.
No fixed price.

Your final bill is calculated in real time based on:
• how adventurous your choices are
• how much you finish
• and your “overall contribution to the atmosphere”

Recent preview guests have included a Michelin-starred chef and a global hospitality investor — both called it:
“inevitable”

Reservations now require a £500 alignment deposit.

We’re releasing 8 tables only for tonight.

🎙️ Live music night with Elliott Rooney! 🎹
Wednesday 16th April

We are excited to be hosting our next live music event on Wednesday 16th April with Elliott Rooney and Sam Main.

Elliott is pianist, vocalist and songwriter. He has spent years honing his skill at hundreds of gigs, from Jazz clubs to Symphony halls, and now splits his time between the West Midlands and London working on a range of musical projects.

Gifted from a young age, Elliott saw a piano at the age of five and hasn’t looked back. His accolades include winning Alcester Musician of the Year and the Thomas Beecham Scholarship from Exeter University.

Joining Elliott will be the very talented Sam Main on Saxophone.

📣 UPDATE ON CANALETTO 📣 Following a challenging year of constant cost increases and tax rises, we received a call from Ronald Mc Donald to say they would like to purchase the site and made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. Unlimited food at McDonalds, anywhere, for life. As a result, we have decided to take them up on their offer and Canaletto will soon become a mecca for burger lovers with McDonalds submitting planning for their new and improved drive thru concept. In a statement, Ronald commented “we can’t wait to launch our first ever, new and improved 24/7 drive through concept in Kingswood, Buckinghamshire - the character of the site is perfect to test our new fast food fine dining concept which will include a special Canaletto burger, the first of its kind. If successful, this will be rolled out to all our restaurant menus worldwide in 2026”.

🎙️ Our next live music event brings Frank Cognoscenti as Frank Sinatra on Wed 19th March!
Coincidentally the same height slim build and blue eyes as the man himself (he was used as a body double for Frank at Simon Cowells 50th Birthday party and for a ‘One show’ feature with Gyles Brandreth), plus a remarkable facial likeness to Frank circa 1960 coupled with a respectful, inspired, witty and subtle vocal impersonation in both singing and speaking voice making for a rare entertaining and engaging performance that is unforgettable for theatre goers and die hard Frank Sinatra fans alike.
We hope to see you on the 19th for what promises to be a great evening of live music and entertainment.
