Welcome to The Chestnuts
The Chestnuts is a community based Care Home in Aylesbury. It is a Residential Home that is able to provide a home to 64 residents. The home is able to support up to 48 residents with specific dementia care needs.
The Ambient Way means that at The Chestnuts, our staff team provide a person centred approach to care and support: we believe that each person is an individual with unique qualities and should be valued as a person first and foremost. We develop care and support plans in conjunction with residents and their families so people are supported in a way which is right for them.
We are able to provide care and support for people living with dementia including Alzheimer's. Our staff are trained to levels 2 and 3 in Regulated Quality Framework (QCF) standards in Dementia Care & Awareness.
