The Ship Inn is a family run restaurant and pub featuring a sumptuously varied menu offering locally sourced meats, fresh fish from Lyme Bay, hand-picked crabs from Beer and vegetables from nearby farms. The Ship Inn also boasts a huge beer garden in the back with stunning views out over the River Axe. The Ship Inn was once owned by Fanny Cradock’s son and is located in the beautiful ancient village of Axmouth in Devon.

You might have spotted the recent road closure signs popping up around Axmouth/Seaton, but don’t worry, both The Ship Inn and The Harbour Inn are still fully accessible! 🍻🍽️

Our opening hours haven’t changed, and we’ve got plenty of good food, great drinks, and friendly faces waiting for you. So please don’t let a few cones and signs steer you off course follow your nose (and your appetite) straight to us! 😄
