🍻 A Friendly Note from The Boundary 🍻

We’ve noticed a recent increase in controversial, inflammatory, and occasionally full-blown “I’m right, you’re wrong” discussions taking place in the pub.

While we appreciate a good chat, debate, and bit of banter, The Boundary is first and foremost a place for people to relax, socialise, enjoy a drink, and escape the stresses of daily life—not recreate the comments section of the internet.

Unfortunately, some of these conversations have left both customers and staff feeling uncomfortable, irritated, or caught in the crossfire. Nobody wants to enjoy their pint while sat next to the unofficial World Championship of Arguing.

With that in mind, we’ve asked our staff to politely step in when discussions become heated, disruptive, or likely to cause discomfort to others. Anyone choosing to continue after being asked to tone it down may receive a warning and, if necessary, be asked, we kindly ask that any potentially divisive debates are left for another time and place.

Let’s keep The Boundary welcoming, friendly, and focused on the things we can all agree on: good company, good drinks, and complaining about the weather.
