Bubbles Bar "The original Cellar Bar" has been entertaining the folk of Ashington and the North East from 1964 and since 1985 as Bubbles providing the best in local, regional and National New Original and covers bands and artists with top DJ's, festivals and comedy Club. We also have the longest standing weekly Buskers night in the North east every Tuesday night called the Lampglass Buskers. Music
is our tradition and we have a fantastic history with many top artists in the 60's and 70's playing the Cellar Bar which reads like a who's who of folk and Rock music including Fleetwood Mac, Sting, Brian Ferry, Billy Connolly, Arlo Guthrie, Alan Price set, The grounhogs, Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck, John Mayall, The small faces, Lindisfarne and many many more top musicians and bands who went on to become famous houshold names. We love music and we have again established the Venue as a top major Live music attraction in Northumberland and the North east with live bands and Live music 3 nights a week. We are a busy and welcoming pub with a wide range of customers of all ages and pride ourselves on great Music and a great atmosphere.
