So..Our last day here...October 2014 - November 2023 our 10th year behind the bar of The Beaver Inn..But now our journey has come to an end..So if you have been part of our journey we would like to thank you for making it memorable and we will never forget our time here..Obviously we will see most of you today but if we don't..I'm sure we will see you around..We are not going far away..So don't forget this Sunday is our last day and our last meat raffle..We have supersized the prizes supplied by Marlow Butchers and there will be cash envelopes as usual...So don't miss it..Its the last one..could be emotional...Well...there's only one Beaver raffle..

So last night's surprise leaving party...We have some serious thanks to give out...Firstly Clifford Bounds for organising the whole thing and for Kayleigh for putting up with him..Obviously the barstaff for keeping all your glasses filled Nicole Wirt Melissa Hunt and Lauren We thankyou very much for all your hard work..Disco Steve Headech and Ashley Headech ..Food Jacqui Cole Clinton Cole Scott & Emma Colin Linkin & Sheila,H and Kyle, Kayleigh,Dorothy and Ashley for the puddings...Banners plumber Paul and Nicole..Tshirts K&R Grafix ..The balloon arch supplied by MoreThanBalloons and paid for by our customers..And Mitchell and jo for taking us out to get us out the way...And not forgetting Jo’s Bakes for the cake it was delicious And of course John Darling for all the pictures on the tvs..And all the lovely messages and card,gifts and flowers..I'm sure we have missed people out..But We just want to say thanks to everyone who came out and supported us last night we didn't expect to see so many faces..Only 2 more weeks now until we leave and we seriously couldn't of done it without all of you support over the years..So thankyou for making last night perfect and the last 9 years an absolute delight!!

So before we go...Better empty the charity pots...
So 1st ASD Ashford Autism Support Group For Parents and Carers was £157 collected..2nd Prostate Cancer UK £145.51 collected..3rd Pilgrims Hospices £98.09 collected..All the money has now been paid and hopefully on its was to doing some good..So thanks again everyone for your donations into the various pots...Just the poppy pot to do now!!

Happy 9th year and final anniversary to us....9 years ago we walked into this pub promising change...and we done it!!We have invested...We have listened...We have adapted..and we we're still going strong with new ideas!!..But unfortunately we decided it was time for us to go and only 50 days left now.........But until then.Cheers everyone for your support over the last 9 years!! And we hope we can all get through these tuff times and come out the other side..So stay safe and hope to see you soon!!

Finally the Beaver has been trimmed..Well nobody likes an untidy Beaver do they..We may only have 53 days left...But it did need a trim..

I'm not sure if you remember Tony done a beard shave for charity earlier in the year..We finally got it to the right local group for Parkinsons..Well done again Tony and we are glad that we and our locals could support you...
