💙We want to highlight a local service that many families find incredibly helpful. Citizens Advice Runnymede & Spelthorne provides free, confidential and impartial advice on everything from benefits and debt to housing, energy bills, food support, employment issues and more.

They also run a dedicated project for unpaid Carers, offering guidance around income, bills and the rising cost of living.

Take control and join the movement.

Loneliness is waiting for time to pass, for people to come and visit.

I can only compare it to how different I've seen it play out.

With Germany ahead by about 5 years its time we, older people and their families too, see that only when we make that choice, can things change, one person at a time and the narrative will change for generations to come.

I wrote this blog a while ago. And its time.

Too many people alone at home, that could just, with a little support, enjoy life, rejoin community and experience joy.
