Formed by jazz loving Brentford FC supporters to raise funds for the club's community charities. Watch this space!

Griffin Park has been replaced by the new Brentford Community Stadium where we hope to return with Traditional and New Orleans Classic Jazz nights on the 2nd Monday of each month. Covid has meant no club since March 2020 but we are working to return soon. Founder Bryan Clark has retired from the organisation role which he has handed to John Habes , but Bryan remains very much active as a member an

d advisor and with a small group we hope to expand and use other venues and different jazz and blues nights and bands with your support!

Bad news everyone, John's hip operation scheduled for today has now been deferred to 8th June and sadly our venue staff now have other arrangements in May (as we had already cancelled it) so we now have NO CLUB NIGHTS IN EITHER MAY OR JUNE ,. So sorry to disappoint and mess about our members' arrangements but it was unavoidable I'm afraid. NEXT GP JAZZ CLUB is now on MONDAY JULY 13th with PIMP MY JAZZ featuring Lonette Charles ... SEE YOU THERE!

Tomorrow night is Jazz night at Griffin Park Jazz Club with the brilliant Windy City Weatherbirds. See you there! Remember folks Great West Road from Chiswick Flyer Roundabout to Lionel Road and M4 going west will be closed for maintenance at 10pm so park somewhere where you can exit via Kew and Brentford ! Music stsrts 8:30pm .

February is here and that means GPJazz Club is back on Monday 9th at the Community Trust Hub at the GTech Stadium ..... welcome back to Brentford the ever- glorious Sarah Spencer and her Transatlantic Jazz Band with classic red hot New Orleans Jazz and blues to delight us as ever. Not to be missed, see you all there!

What a great night with Moodswing at GP Jazz Club on 12th Jan with a good turnout for some excellent Hot Club style Gypsy Jazz . Starting as we mean to keep up to date with pics on this page from John so you don't have to wait for your newsletter! Next up in February the inimitable Sarah Spencer and her Transatlantic Jazzers!

"Moodswing" on Moday 12th at Brentford with their brilliant Gypsy Jazz sounds , not to be missed! For you fans of Parisian Hot Club's Stephane Grapelli with Django Reinhardt era Moodswing will bring it all back for us ..... guaranteed to please all you jazz guitar and gypsy violin fans. If you aren't sure, then come along anyway for a "different" arrangement of classic jazz tunes, you won't regret it!

The famous GP Jazz Club Christmas Party is all set for Monday 8th December with Bob Dwyer and his Bix & Pieces bringing their New Orleans and Trad sounds back to Brentford for a festive treat. A real favourite of the fans with a Brentford hreritage gong back several decades. All welcome , free snacks and mince pies for all, see you there, a great start to the Yuletide celebrations!

A ladt minute reminder ....Tonight is the night at Griffin Park Jazz Club, Orchard Jazz Quartet (plus guest) featuring Emma Francis are bringing their Evergreen Jazz and swing sounds to Brentford Community Trust Hub (opposite Gate F at the BFC Gtech Stadium) A night not to be missed!

Coming next Monday, a new band for GP Jazz club but a much recommended and admired band in the West London area. The Orchard Jazz quartet, with a special guest to make it a five piece band just for us. Jazz and swing from the 1920s to the 1950s and lots of hot arrangements of "Great American Songbook" favourites!
