A huge congratulations to Kevin and Hannah at the Red Lion at Kniveton on winning the CAMRA East Midlands Cider Pub Of The Year for the 4th year. This is a massive achievement for them. Owing to their involvement in the business as cider makers, Kevin and Hannah’s knowledge of and dedication to real cider and perry and their associated promotion of CAMRAs aims means they really do stand apart from the competition.
Today’s presentation was by Julie Powell, EM Regional Cider Co-Ordinator and Graham Burke, Ashbourne & District Chair.
They will now go through to the joint regions of East Midlands, West Midland and Wales to be judged.

**🍻 The CAMRA Real Ale Bar is Back at Belper Goes Green! 🌿**

After a two-year break, Belper's favourite Eco, Community & Arts Festival returns to **Belper Meadows Cricket Club** from **Friday 5th to Sunday 7th June 2026**—and the legendary real ale bar is making its triumphant return!

Run by local CAMRA volunteers, the bar will be serving up a brilliant, hand-picked selection of fantastic local real ales and traditional ciders. It’s the perfect spot to grab a proper pint, support our local breweries, and soak in the live music and community vibes.
