Hi everyone. Really excited to join the team here at 139 next week as the new Head Chef!

After recently moving to Arundel from Brighton, I’m looking forward to bringing my passion for food to the table at the stunning setting of Bar 139.

I’ve been a chef now for well over 20 years, working all over the world, London and the Sussex regions so I’m proud to bring my experience to my now home town.

Can’t wait to meet new faces, cook some great food and be part of a fabulous team and community.
