Cerakote - What is it? Have you ever wondered how the factory teams get their bikes and parts looking so good in exotic different colours? Sometimes its hard anodising or akadizing - but most of the time its Cerakote. Cerakote is a polymer ceramic coating far superior to any other coatings on the market. It

is particularly suitable for parts that need an extra hard wearing finish. It is tolerant specific unlike standard paint and powder coat, is does not affect threads, bearing surfaces, passageways or interference fit parts including gasket surfaces. Perfect for tight tolerance applications and typically eliminates the need for masking. It is very high temperature resistant up to 1000 degrees Celsius! Can be used on engines, exhausts, brake calipers - basically can be applied to anything metallic and to plastic parts. Very high chemical resistance & excellent durability properties with extreme resistance to wear. There are over 100 colours available - I can get a particular colour in 48 hours if requested and I don't have it. Price List guide below -

Vapour blasting charged on time spent in machine. Above prices are based part being supplied ready to start coating process (all bearings and seals removed), removal of scratches and chips in metal surfaces where possible are extra if requested

I Can do oil filter covers, engine plugs, footpeg brackets, bar mounts, engine mounting plates.....anything else just ask. The parts should be supplied to me stripped down and clean/free from oil and grease. All bearings and seals removed - I can remove bearings, seals, and strip & rebuild brake calipers/master cylinders if required at additional cost. Parts can be dropped off/collected at my premises or leave your parts at...

Been busy lately.....not so many posts but I haven't went away....

My mates 08 RM250 needed some love in the parts department...so whilst it was down it got some vapour blasting and Cerakote Sniper Grey 🎯.

Some new shiney bolts and a Doc Wob pv cover and it's ready for some fun times again.

The elves might have helped a bit. 🎅

Drumlanrig Classic Twinshock 2025.....

Great event.

Thanks to Adrian Lappin for the use of the brilliant big 4 stroke Husqvarna. It performed flawlessly all Weekend.

Managed to get 7th overall in the under 50s so pretty happy about that.

Good craic with the rest N.Ireland crew who were over for the weekend.

Thomas Merton won the Tommy Stewart in year 2000 for the first time (and again in 2012).

25 years later on a 24 year old bike at Saul yesterday he's still having fun. The Husqvarna CR250 stuck it well and sounded class.

Good practice for Farleigh Castle for September.

Class event, well done to all involved in organising and running it and to all that participated. 👏

Great night last night at the NI Classic Scrambles Club at Craigalent. Mega weather, track was class, good racing and good craic 🍻

Thanks to all that helped to make it happen.

Pity the heavens opened and ruined it for today, but we got a good run last night.
