We're Hiring: Night Porter (Part-Time)
The Townhouse Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and professional Night Porter to join our team.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests while supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance to all guests
* Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift
* Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel premises
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas
* Carry out routine night porter duties, checks, and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
Working Hours
* Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
* Weekend availability is required
* Part-time position
