Creamy Cajun Chicken Parmesan Pasta 🤤

Pulled chicken, onions and peppers in a creamy Cajun sauce with parmesan, finished with sweet chilli, truffle oil, parsley and spring onions.

And of course… garlic bread on the side. 👌

We’ve got **Totico** live at Coast this Saturday night from **9pm**.

And if you’ve never seen them with us before, this is a good chance to catch them — because **Totico will also be our Hogmanay band this year**. 🎉

So come down, grab a drink, enjoy the music and get a wee taste of what we’ve got lined up for New Year.

You don’t need to be in for food to come into Coast either — if you just fancy a pint, cocktail, spirit or a few drinks and a yap with friends, you’re more than welcome.

We’ve been playing around in the kitchen again, and this one is an absolute belter…

🍝 THE CLUCKIN’ PEPPER TAGLIATELLE

Tagliatelle tossed through a rich mushroom peppercorn sauce, loaded with pulled chicken and streaky bacon pieces, finished with parmesan and parsley, then topped with spring onion and crispy fried onions.

Creamy, peppery, smoky and packed with flavour. 👌

This one is on as a Coast Special, so get down and give it a try while it’s on!

We’ve got Joker In The Hole joining us this Saturday from 9PM till late, so if you fancy a proper night of live music, come down and see us.

All Saturday night bars are in our Main Bar.

And just a wee reminder as well — we’re not just a restaurant, we’re a bar too.

🎶 Bell Rock Festival weekend is here! 🎶

We’ve got a really busy weekend of live music lined up at Coast, and we’re looking forward to seeing the place full of people enjoying the festival.

Here’s what we’ve got on:

Friday 9pm–12am
🎸 The Clan Peculiar

Saturday 5pm–8pm
🎸 The Suburbs

Saturday 9.30pm–12.30am
🎸 The Junkyard Dogs

Sunday 6pm–9pm
🎸 Ronz from Fubar

If you’re out and about for the Bell Rock Festival, pop in and see us for some live music, a few drinks and something to eat.

It should be a cracking weekend, and we’d really appreciate everyone coming in and supporting the bands and the festival.

📢 **A QUICK UPDATE FROM COAST** 📢

Firstly, apologies that we didn’t manage to get a post up letting everyone know we were closed on **Monday and Tuesday this week**.

We were using the time for **staff training** and getting a few things organised behind the scenes.

Going forward, **Mondays and Tuesdays will be our regular closed days**.

This gives us the chance to:

🧽 Carry out a proper deep clean
🛠️ Get jobs done around the venue
👥 Give our staff their well-earned days off
🍽️ Make sure everything is ready for the week ahead

We’ll be back open as normal from **Wednesday onwards**.

Thanks for your understanding, and thanks again for all the support since we opened. ❤️
