📢 An Exciting New Chapter for Jason & Jaye

After several fantastic months at Westport Bar, we wanted to share some exciting news about the future.

As many of you know, we have been exploring ways to grow the business and introduce food alongside the live music, sports and atmosphere that so many of you have enjoyed with us. Over the last few months, we had several positive meetings with our landlord, Karen, discussing possible changes that would allow us to make that vision a reality at Westport.

After a lot of conversations and careful consideration, we all felt that the best option would be for us to look for a premises that could better accommodate our plans for the future.

As luck would have it, Coast Bar & Restaurant had recently become available, and from the moment we looked at it, we knew it was the perfect fit for our vision. With more space and the facilities needed to bring together great food, live music, sport and entertainment, it gives us the opportunity to create exactly what we've been working towards.

So, while it is with mixed emotions that we announce this weekend will be our final weekend at Westport Bar, we are incredibly excited to share that Jason & Jaye will be taking over Coast Bar & Restaurant!

We want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Karen for giving us the opportunity at Westport and for all the support throughout our time there. We also want to thank every single customer who has walked through the doors for a drink, a game, a live music night, a laugh, or simply to support us along the way. The friendships, memories and support we've received have meant the world to us.

But don't worry — this isn't goodbye... it's just the start of a new adventure! 🍻🎶🍔

We'll be bringing everything you love with us to Coast, along with some exciting new additions that we can't wait to share.

We will also be showing the upcoming Scotland games upstairs in the function suite at Coast:

This event was arranged through AMAC Events, who have now closed down. Westport Bar was only providing the venue for the show and had no involvement in ticket sales, payments or refunds.

We understand this will be very disappointing for those who had tickets, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
