Every pub has its familiar faces.

The couples who join us for Sunday lunch, friends who catch up over a Friday evening drink, families celebrating life's special moments, and those who simply call in for a quiet drink after a long day.

Then there are the new faces... discovering The Lion for the very first time and, before long, becoming part of our story too.

🚗 Engines. Enthusiasm. Community.

On Sunday 19th July, we're delighted to welcome Shift Social UK back to The Lion for another fantastic gathering of automotive enthusiasts.

Whether you're arriving in a classic, a supercar, a motorcycle, or something a little different, everyone shares the same passion – great vehicles, great conversations and supporting a wonderful local cause.

This monthly event is proudly raising money for Naomi House & Jacksplace, helping provide expert care and support for local children and young adults with life-limiting illnesses.

Not bringing a vehicle? No problem.

Visitors are warmly welcome to come along, admire an incredible selection of cars and bikes, enjoy breakfast, lunch or a drink with us, and soak up the atmosphere.

Visitor parking is available at Clanville Village Hall, just a short walk from The Lion.

It's set to be another fantastic day of horsepower, hospitality and community spirit, and we'd love to see you there.
