Coming This July!

Introducing our Hot Honey Marg, a little exclusive coming throughout the summer! It’s only going to be available through July, August and September and will be limited stock! Expect it in a few select retailers and on trade accounts but you wont find it everywhere you see Hummingbird!

Everyone loves a Mexican water! So what better way to elevate it than some fantastic Chilli infused honey! Sweet, Spicy and Sour, the makings of a perfect margarita.

Keep your eyes peeled on updates about where you can find them and when they’re released onto the market!

Mexican Water… in the water!

It may be a rainy weekend up in Northumberland but we’ve got cocktails that fits the bills for any weather. Our Mexican Water is our take on a Margarita. Perfectly clear and is great no matter the weather or the season!

Watermelon Margarita:

The sun is out and April’s cocktail menu in the shop and bar sees the return of last year’s ever so popular Watermelon Margarita. Homemade watermelon and sea salt cordial mixed with Tequila and lime makes the perfect spring cocktail!

Saturday 18th April update:

Our opening times have changed a little bit today. Instead of being open from 12-6pm we will be opening 5-9pm.

We will be at Jesmond Food and Drink market from 10-3pm so if you’re in the area and fancy grabbing some cocktails, pop along to Armstrong bridge and say hi!

We’ll be back and open in Hummingbird Amble from 5pm!

RTD cocktails, made in Amble!

One of the things we are still extremely proud of at hummingbird is that our cocktails are still made by hand in our home town. The original recipes were created 300m away from our production site in our kitchen. Web always wanted to keep things as local as possible, so it’s great that we currently still reside in the town we were founded in.

You can find Hummingbird all across the uk now but the fact we still have a shop onsite lets us connect to our founding customer base regularly.

Kiwi Pina Colada

New on the menu for April at Hummingbird Amble is a lovely little kiwi Pina Colada. We’re trying to force the tropical vibes through for summer and this little number brings all the tropical feels!
