Wine & Cheese nights are the most fun, interactive and sometimes raucous night that we put on.

You'll get to try 5 wines, paired with 5 cheeses, complete with crackers, chutney and plenty of banter to wash it down with. The menu is called 'Staying Out For The Summer' and we'll be focusing on the best wines to take you from Summer into the dreary months towards the end of the year!

Everything we serve will be absolute quality, but please be open-minded to trying new things!

All your dreams may well be made, BUT there's no quiz on tonight at Alibi.

We've taken a last minute online wine and cheese event, so quiz master Carl is out of action.

However, the bar is open as per usual - for karaoke, cocktails and all round wholesome Thursday night fun.

Had to laugh at the weekend 😃. A customer ordered a 'Drunken Barracuda' and she said she gets it everytime she joins us. Perplexed, I questioned if she was in the right venue.

She was in the right place. The drink in question was in fact a 'Boozy Barraquito' which is a riff on the classic Barraquito coffee from the Canaries.

We use Licor 43 🇪🇸 Absolut Vodka vodka 🇸🇪 with a loada coffee and almond (orgeat) syrup.

Like an espresso martini, but with almond and vanilla flavours to compliment that coffee, served ponna de rocks 🧊
