The Miners Arms Adlington

As some of you already know. We had to make the very difficult decision last week to close the doors and hand back the keys for this lovely pub at the heart of the community. We wish we could have continued to run the pub longer but unfortunately the high costs brought about by the current climate, means we have been unable to make it financially viable.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us over the last six months and wish the miners arms and the local community all the best for the future.

We’re really sorry all. The same again today! With only 2 chefs in the ranks who have both been struck down with Ilness we will be unable to open the kitchen this weekend.

With the change of the season, we have had to bring about some changes to the way we do things.

After a little well needed time out, we will re-open our doors tomorrow with the amended opening hours throughout the Autumn and Winter Months.

Bar:

Monday & Tuesday -Closed
Wednesday 4-9pm
Thursday 4-9pm
Friday 3-10pm
Saturday 12-10pm
Sunday 12-8pm

Kitchen:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday- Closed
Thursday 5-7.30pm
Friday 5-8pm
Saturday 12-2.30pm & 5-8pm
Sunday 12-4pm

Although our kitchen remains open, in order to maintain our ethos of good quality freshly cooked food, we will also slightly reduce our food offering throughout these months and re-open our kitchen on Friday 30th September. For up to date menus, don’t hesitate to send us a note. Although not essential, we kindly ask that if you know you are coming please try and book ahead as this really helps us.
