We are thrilled to announce the formal handover of a new community defibrillator from The Philip Maher Foundation to the Stop & Rest Oswaldtwistle.

This vital piece of equipment has been made possible by the incredible generosity of the pub’s regulars and patrons, who raised an amazing £2,000 towards its cost.

Today, we had the pleasure of meeting with some of the wonderful regulars who helped make this happen.

This marks the 33rd defibrillator supplied by our charity since 2015, and we’re proud to ensure lifesaving equipment is available right where it’s needed most.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed and to the Stop & Rest Pub for being a fantastic community hub.
