At KCD, we’re excited to introduce the Tom Yum Martini — a sophisticated cocktail inspired by the iconic flavours of Laos and Thailand.

Built around tamarind, with its distinctive sweet-sour depth, this martini is layered with lemongrass, lime, chilli and fragrant herbs, creating a drink that’s sharp, savoury, and irresistibly refreshing. It’s Tom Yum — reimagined.

We would like to offer our sincere thanks to Sticky Fingers in Vientiane, Laos, the original creators of the Tom Yum Martini, for generously allowing us to use their recipe. This makes Khop Chai Deu the only other place where you can experience the genuine article.

We’ve got some good news — we’re now open on Tuesdays from 5–9pm! That’s one more evening each week to get your favourite Thai-Lao comfort dishes, whether you’re craving something spicy, savoury, or sweet.

Also, we’ve given our menu a little polish — same dishes you love, just with clearer, tastier descriptions and a gentle price update to reflect rising costs. We’ve kept it as fair and friendly as possible so we can continue using fresh, high-quality ingredients in every bite. Stay tuned for the updated version!
