We’ve noticed a strange wee trend at Tarragon on the Terrace lately…
People are absolutely demolishing the burger — beef, bacon, cheese, salad, sauce, chips… but leaving the TOP of the bun! 🤯😂
So we need answers…
Are you: 🍔 TEAM FULL BUN — if you’re having a burger, you’re eating the lot.
🔪 TEAM TOPLESS — top bun straight off, knife & fork out.
😂 TEAM “I’M SAVING CARBS” — while absolutely smashing the chips.
No judgement… well, maybe a little. 👀😂

Think Traditional Cullen Skink with an Aberdeen rowie, Turkey Balmoral with all the festive trimmings, slow-cooked ox cheek, confit duck, Scottish hake, wild mushroom gnocchi and plenty more.

Straight from the forest to the kitchen. 🌿🍄
These beautiful wild chanterelles were foraged this morning by one of our talented chefs and are now making their way into the Tarragon kitchen.
It doesn't get much fresher than this—wild, seasonal, and packed with incredible flavour.
This is what local, sustainable cooking is all about: respecting nature, celebrating Scotland's larder, and letting exceptional ingredients do the talking.
