💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚
Some of the biggest smiles hide the hardest battles.
Today is a day that means a lot to us and one that hits particularly close to home. 💚
It's a reminder that we never truly know what someone else is going through, even those who seem the happiest, the loudest, or the life and soul.
Our pub is more than just somewhere to have a pint. It's a place where friendships are made, stories are shared, laughter is heard, and sometimes, where people come just to escape what's going on in their heads for a little while.
And to the men who walk through our doors, this message is especially for you.
You don't always have to be the strong one.
You don't have to bottle everything up.
You don't have to laugh things off when deep down you're struggling.
And you certainly don't have to face everything alone.
There's no shame in having a bad day, asking for help, or admitting that life feels a bit too much sometimes.
So check on your mates. The quiet ones. The loud ones. The ones who always say they're fine. The ones who make everyone else laugh.
If you're struggling, please know that you matter.
A conversation might not fix everything, but it could be the start of someone getting the help they need.
Our door is open, and so is the conversation.
You are never just another customer to us. You're part of our community.
💚 It's okay to talk. It's okay to cry. It's okay not to be okay.
