Today we're celebrating not just our incredible bartender at Le Hibou, but someone who has become such an important part of our team and our lives.

Theo, your hard work, dedication and positive attitude never go unnoticed. Whether you're keeping the bar running smoothly, bringing the energy behind the decks as an amazing DJ, or simply being the friend we can always count on, you give 100% to everything you do.

We're so lucky to have you as part of the Le Hibou team. Thank you for all the laughs, the late nights, the support, and the countless memories.

After a seriously busy weekend, you legends absolutely cleared us out… so by the end of today, even our amazing chefs would be working miracles to build a full menu from what’s left 😅

BUT… good news 👀

Wings are still sticking around for Wings Wednesday, so you can get one final wings fix 😉

A huge thank you to our incredible chefs this winter – you’ve been nothing short of fantastic 👏

And to everyone who came down to try the food… we hope you loved every bite (we’re pretty sure you did ❤️)
