Situated in the heart of Val d’Isère, Le Hibou is a real hub of the community — serving flavoursome Asian-inspired food, creative drinks, live music, karaoke and live sport. Most importantly, it’s a place where people come to have fun, and our team are a huge part of that.
We’re looking for:
👨🍳 CHEFS / KITCHEN STAFF
We want creative, passionate chefs who:
• Have experience working with flavours and ingredients from around the world
• Are imaginative and love creating great food
• Are clean, organised and take pride in their kitchen
• Are flexible and adaptable
• Can work well under pressure
• Enjoy being part of a busy, energetic team
🍸 BARTENDERS & WAITING STAFF
We’re looking for people who:
• Have hospitality experience
• Are confident, friendly and energetic
• LOVE engaging with customers
• Can create a fun atmosphere and genuinely enjoy hospitality
• Are hardworking, flexible and reliable
• UK passport holders are welcome to apply
• Basic French is essential
🎶 With live music, karaoke, sport and a busy après-ski crowd, no two nights are the same — so personality is just as important as experience!
