We can’t find the answers to our own questions even after cross-referencing all available public information and numerous trips to the region, so we consider ourselves both the principal user and the main provider.

There are only 90 hectares of Pinot Blanc planted in Champagne. That is approximately 0.25% of the total vineyard surface.
