The American Embassy in Paris is inviting Sciences Po students to attend a seminar on the 70th anniversary of the Marshall Fund. It will take place on June 1 in Paris. The schedule and list of panelists is attached.

This is an amazing opportunity to get to know some of the foremost thinkers, writers, and strategists on transatlantic relations and American foreign policy. If you would like to participate, please contact Annie Liu at [email protected] by May 30.

US citizens abroad : how to vote ?

Transatlantique will have a stand in la Péniche (Paris campus) today, to explain you the whole process, dates to remember and places to go, for you to accomplish your civilian duty as a voter.

Mr. Robert Vallier, secretary of Democrats Abroad France will briefly be on the stand at 11am, so that you can meet him and ask him all your questions.

Parce que la politique étrangère vue par Donald Trump ne se résume pas à construire un mur entre les Etats-Unis et le Mexique, parce qu'Hilary Clinton ne sera pas forcément la "va-t-en-guerre" que les médias annoncent, la Transatlantique s'associe avec Open Diplomacy et vous invite à sa première conférence de la , afin d'analyser la politique étrangère des candidats à la présidentielle américaine.

Lundi 17/10 : "Hilary Clinton et Donald Trump, quelles visions pour la politique étrangère ?", avec la présence exceptionnelle de :

- Philip Frayne, ministre-conseiller à l'Ambassade des Etats-Unis d'Amériques

New year, big plans - Pt. 2 : Hôtel de Saint-Florentin, US Embassy

SciencesPo is mainly about international relations and Transatlantique is about American culture. So that we wanted to link both perspectives, and offer you a guided visit of the historical US Embassy located at l'Hôtel de Saint Florentin (aka Hôtel de Talleyrand-Périgord). To begin with, a first visit will occur with a limited number of places avalaible due to strict security measures within the Embassy, but we're looking forward to show this beautiful monument to most of you.

By the way, we remind you that Transatlique is RECRUITING for the year to come, and that we need YOU, to make all our projects happening !

Sciencespo est une formation axée autour des relations internationales, tandis que la Transatlantique a pour but de promouvoir la culture américaine. Afin de lier ces deux objectifs, nous avons voulu vous proposer une visite guidée de l'ambassade historique des Etats-Unis situé à l'Hôtel de Florentin (connu également sous le nom d'Hôtel de Talleyrand-Périgord). Dans un premier temps, nous vous proposerons une visite comportant un nombre de places relativement limitées, au vu des mesures de sécurité en place par les services de l'Ambassade, mais nous ferons tout notre possible afin que chacun d'entre vous puisse profiter de ce merveilleux patrimoine culturel.

Au passage nous vous rappelons que la Transatlantique RECRUTE pour cette année universitaire, et que nous avons absolument besoin de votre aide pour que tous nos projets puissent s'accomplir.
