Crafted with strawberries from Maison Carletti, a family-run farm in Lot-et-Garonne renowned for its exceptional fruit and sustainable growing practices, alongside berry leaves, gentian, and 30&40 eau-de-vie, the cocktail is bright, structured, and delicately bitter.

Balancing ripe fruit with fresh green notes, PRÉCISION is a refined expression where every detail matters: thoughtful, measured, and perfectly balanced. 🌱✨

Louan 🍸

Bartender at Little Red Door since October 2025, Louan was born and raised in Menton (the famous “lemon city”) where hospitality has always been part of his world. Although he first dreamed of becoming a chef, everything changed after moving to Bordeaux at 19, where he discovered bartending and found the path that truly suited him.

Now with seven years behind the bar, Louan honed his skills at Symbiose, developing both his creativity and his appreciation for layered, complex flavors.

For him, hospitality is all about creating memorable moments and making every guest feel genuinely taken care of.

HOUBLON blends LRD hops cordial, green vermouth, bell pepper spirit and gin. A green, vegetal and slightly bitter profile, bright and aromatic.

KIWI brings a softer, fruit-forward balance, mixing LRD kiwi soda, herbal liqueur and calvados. Juicy, vibrant and delicately herbaceous, it captures a refreshing take on orchard flavors.
