White rum. Fresh orange. Lime. Aperol. Bitters.
Bright, loud, slightly unhinged and held together by increasingly fragile institutions.

Sweet at first. Bitter by the end.
A little like scrolling the news at 2am.

Cocktail of the Week: Collateral Damage Control 🙂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We tried to keep this one light.

Then it developed complications.

White rum, pineapple, lime. All very peaceful, until a late-stage intervention of vermouth and bitters that absolutely insisted on getting involved.

Now it’s layered, unpredictable, and escalating far beyond it’s original brief.

There were plans. There were intentions. There were briefings.

And yet here we are.

One minute it’s a refreshing tropical number, the next you’re making decisions you can’t fully justify and calling it “stability”.
