Au Negresco, préserver le patrimoine, c'est aussi faire renaître les œuvres qui ont façonné son identité.
Présentes dès l’inauguration du Negresco en 1913, les quatre allégories de Michel de Tarnowsky ont incarné l’ambition artistique de l’hôtel dès son ouverture.
La Musique, La Danse, L'Ivresse et La Cité accompagnaient l'architecture imaginée par Édouard Niermans, célébrant les arts, la fête et le rayonnement de Nice.
Disparues de la façade pendant plusieurs décennies, elles retrouvent aujourd’hui leur place grâce au savoir-faire de SOCRA labellisée Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) qui a œuvré à la sauvegarde et à la transmission de ce patrimoine.
Plus que des sculptures, elles rappellent qu’au Negresco chaque détail raconte une histoire et contribue à préserver un patrimoine vivant.
